Questioned Document Examiner

Does the Judge Have to Believe the Questioned Document Examiner

One question that seems to come up frequently when the use of a questioned document examiner is mentioned with regard to them being used in court is whether or not the judge has to accept their testimony and believe what they have to say. This comes up frequently simply because anyone can claim to be a forensic document expert as there no certifications required for the job.

In essence no judge is bound by law or rule of law to accept the testimony of a questioned document examiner. It is up to each judge as to which document examiners he will allow to testify in his court and he may even base his choices on a case by case basis. Generally speaking however, when you used a highly experienced expert such as those at Cina Wong Forgery Expert, you will have no problem with the judge believing their testimony.
